I’m Samantha Van Curen and I love what I do. I am a Graphic Designer with over 17 years of experience working on restaurant, medical and travel brands, as well as working side by side with operations, construction, sales and marketing partners. 

I grew up in Walla Walla, WA, a small town in South Eastern Washington. After 3 years of college at Eastern Washington University, I transferred to the Art Institute of Seattle, studying Graphic Design at both places. 

After a couple internships at agencies in Seattle, I realized that agency life wasn't for me. I preferred working in-house and being able to touch on all points of a brand and be able to take ownership of what was created, from start to finish. 

We moved to Dallas-Fort Worth in 2012 to get to know my husband's family more and have an adventure. But after 10 years, I missed the Pacific Northwest and being near family so we moved back to Washington State to the beautiful Spokane, WA.

A little more about me…my favorite place is Target, I love true crime podcasts, and I don’t drink coffee. Breakfast food and tacos are my favorite and people who back into parking spots annoy me. I prefer Marvel over DC and believe that Moira Rose is simply the best character on TV. I grew up on a farm with lots of animals, competing in horse shows and playing on the golf team. I am married to a sports fanatic, have a 6 year old daughter with lots of spunk, and a sweet Golden Retriever named Tex.

I have been so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with some amazing companies, and have learned a lot along the way. After working for almost 2 decades for others, I decided that I wanted to move into website design and start my own business. I love working with small business owners to create beautiful, high-end designs that makes them proud of their brand and excited for their future.
